By paying an invoice to commission me, you are agreeing to these provided terms.

Piece will be started once deposit of $50 has been received. All prices are in USD. Payments are accepted through Venmo, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

Due to each piece being personalized to the customer, there is a no-refund policy for all finished commissioned pieces.

All commissions are 9in x 12in on Bristol 400 Series Paper unless a specific size is requested by commissioner. Price will vary according to paper dimensions. Baseline price is for one subject (face, pet, etc.). An extra fee will be added to the total cost for every additional subject. Please be sure to provide all important information and details regarding a commissioned piece. A high resolution photo must be provided by the commissioner for a photo realistic portrait commission.

Work in progress photos are provided as requested.

Under no circumstances is any of my commissioned work, whether personal or commercial, to be minted or distributed as NFTs (Non-fungible token).

FOR PERSONAL COMMISSIONS

The commissioner has all personal rights to the commissioned work and they are allowed to repost it on other sites, print it with no intention to sell, etc. 

The commissioned work is a private piece and is not to be used for commercial purposes of any sort.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY

The artist will only use provided email addresses or usernames for communication and sending of invoices. The artist will not redistribute provided email addresses for any reason.

The commissioner has the right to ask for the commissioned piece to be private, meaning that the artist will not post the finished piece on any of their social media platforms. This must be requested before the final transaction of the commission piece. By default, the artist has permission to post finished pieces to social media unless requested otherwise.

The artist reserves the right to change any of the above information at any time but any policy edits will not affect any commission that has been paid for prior to those edits.
